Created by therapist and Group Fitness instructor Micheline Maalouf, this class celebrates culture, softness, and mental well-being.

MEET YOUR
INSTRUCTOR

I’m Micheline Maalouf, a Syrian/Lebanese therapist and dancer based in Florida. For years, I watched people try to “work out” by pushing through their bodies, while ignoring stress, grief, trauma, and the pressure to perform. Habiby Fit was born as an alternative: a movement space where fitness is still real (yes, you’ll sweat), but the energy is joy, culture, and nervous-system-friendly release.
Habiby Fit blends cardio and strength with belly-dance-inspired movement, grounding rhythms, and music from the SWANA/Arab world. You don’t need dance experience, just come as you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
